As Chief Executive Officer of Viscern, Richard works with a team of 200 professionals to help organizations with noble causes to realize their mission.

Last year Viscern partnered with over 1,000 faith based and not for profit organizations to raise in excess of $1 billion. Today Viscern is in partnership with noble organizations to raise in excess of $5 billion for religious and philanthropic causes. Combining a vision for a better world with concern for every individual, the men and women of Viscern, under Richard's leadership, strive to exceed expectations and make a difference in the world.

Prior to serving as an executive with Viscern, Richard began as a consultant with RSI Church Services Group in 1992 and served most recently as the President of RSI Institutional Services Group. His leadership and experience assisted clients such as the Archdiocese of Chicago, World Vision, the United Methodist Conference of West Ohio, the Willow Creek Community Church, and the Baptist General Convention. Richard and the Viscern team serve as trusted advisors to thousands of religious and philanthropic leaders, whose good works bring hope, healing, and the promise of a better life to millions of people worldwide.

A resident of Dallas, Richard graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan, Lincoln, Nebraska and St. Paul's School of Theology, Kansas City, Missouri. He and his wife Debby are the proud parents of 5 children and 2 grandchildren. When not serving the needs of clients, they enjoy snow skiing, golf, walking, and swimming.
